Worldstrides has arranged for a charter bus to transport our travelers to O’hare airport on Friday, October 11th.

Flight Information

Departure: Oct 11, United Airlines Flight 545, departing O’Hare, IL at 8:45 AM and arriving at Dulles Intl Airport at 11:45 AM.

Return: Oct 13, United Airlines Flight 2016, departing Reagan National at 5:00 PM and arriving at O’Hare, IL at 6:10 PM.

Bus Schedule

Depart from Sauganash School

Bus arrives at 6:00 AM; departs at 6:15 AM.

Arrive at Sauganash School

Anticipated arrival time at school is approximately 7 PM.

Mandatory Medical Release Form

It is recommended that travelers carry a copy of medical insurance cards as well.

Students and Chaperones are also required by Worldstrides to complete a behavior expectations form prior to traveling.

If you have any dietary restrictions such as allergies, vegetarian, gluten-free, or vegan preferences, please inform us as soon as possible. We need the traveler’s name along with the specific dietary need. This information will help us to ensure appropriate accommodations are arranged in advance.
